Marketing Activation & Go-To-Market Specialist (Freelance) 

Support the development and execution of TMS marketing initiatives across brands, helping transform product launches, seasonal campaigns, and storytelling platforms into actionable sell-out programs for distributors, retailers, and end consumers.
The role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the company’s transition from a traditional B2B approach towards a more activation-driven and consumer-oriented model.

1. Go-To-Market & Activations 

  • Support the development of launch plans for new brands, collections, and seasonal campaigns.  
  • Create distributor and retailer marketing toolkits.  
  • Adapt brand storytelling into actionable activation packages.  
  • Coordinate launch calendars and key commercial moments. 

2. Retail & Sell-Out Support 

  • Support the creation of POS materials, digital assets, and merchandising tools.  
  • Develop retail activation concepts and promotional initiatives.  
  • Support distributors and retailers with activation recommendations. 

3. B2B Communication & Distributor Engagement 

  • Support the creation of B2B newsletters and distributor communications.  
  • Contribute to sell-in presentations and commercial marketing materials.  
  • Identify and share best practices and successful activations from key markets. 

4. Marketing Operations & Project Management 

  • Coordinate agencies, graphic designers, licensors, and internal stakeholders.  
  • Manage timelines and ensure on-time delivery of marketing assets.  
  • Support the preparation of marketing plans, launch presentations, and reporting documents.  
  • Create and update product descriptions and sales tools. 

 

Ideal Profile 

  • Preferred experience within international consumer brands in the fashion, watches, jewelry, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle sectors. 
  • Background in corporate marketing environments preferred. 
  • Experience in product launches, retail marketing, trade marketing, or go-to-market strategies. 
  • Project management and organizational skills. 
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and culture simultaneously. 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. 

Location & Working Model 

  • Freelance role (3-4 days/week) 
  • Fully remote position 
  • Based in Europe, preferably Italy – Milan 
  • Availability to travel abroad when required  
  • Remuneration commensurate with experience 
  • Monthly remuneration paid against invoice 
  • Starting date: ASAP
