Support the development and execution of TMS marketing initiatives across brands, helping transform product launches, seasonal campaigns, and storytelling platforms into actionable sell-out programs for distributors, retailers, and end consumers.
The role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the company’s transition from a traditional B2B approach towards a more activation-driven and consumer-oriented model.
1. Go-To-Market & Activations
- Support the development of launch plans for new brands, collections, and seasonal campaigns.
- Create distributor and retailer marketing toolkits.
- Adapt brand storytelling into actionable activation packages.
- Coordinate launch calendars and key commercial moments.
2. Retail & Sell-Out Support
- Support the creation of POS materials, digital assets, and merchandising tools.
- Develop retail activation concepts and promotional initiatives.
- Support distributors and retailers with activation recommendations.
3. B2B Communication & Distributor Engagement
- Support the creation of B2B newsletters and distributor communications.
- Contribute to sell-in presentations and commercial marketing materials.
- Identify and share best practices and successful activations from key markets.
4. Marketing Operations & Project Management
- Coordinate agencies, graphic designers, licensors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage timelines and ensure on-time delivery of marketing assets.
- Support the preparation of marketing plans, launch presentations, and reporting documents.
- Create and update product descriptions and sales tools.
Ideal Profile
- Preferred experience within international consumer brands in the fashion, watches, jewelry, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Background in corporate marketing environments preferred.
- Experience in product launches, retail marketing, trade marketing, or go-to-market strategies.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and culture simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Location & Working Model
- Freelance role (3-4 days/week)
- Fully remote position
- Based in Europe, preferably Italy – Milan
- Availability to travel abroad when required
- Remuneration commensurate with experience
- Monthly remuneration paid against invoice
