We (Time Management Services Group) manage the TMS Website. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the personal data collected or generated (processed) when you use TMS Website (the “Site”). This Policy describes the types of personal data collected when you use our Site and how your personal data is used, shared and protected. It also explains the choices you have relating to your personal data and how you can contact us.

However, your transactions by credit card are processed by the service of STRIPE (185 Berry Street Suite 550 San Francisco, CA 94107). The data of your payment order is collected and used directly by this service for the only reason to process your payment order. We do not collect nor save any data of your payment.

 

When interacting with our Site, data is automatically collected and shared with TMS Website by the technology platforms providing the experience.  For example, your web browser or mobile device may share certain data with TMS as those devices interact with our Site.  More information about these practices is included in the Cookies and Pixel Tags section below. According to our settings the last digits of the IP-address allocated to your computer within the European Union or associated countries of the European Economic Area are automatically erased before transmission. Only in exceptional cases this alteration of the IP-address takes place after its transmission to Google in the USA. On behalf of us Google will use the information of your visit for the purpose of evaluating the use and functionality of this website, further data on visits of this website and to provide other services for us with regard to this website. The IP-address allocated to your computer at the time of your visit is not allocated to individual-related data of yours.
